Huguang Guild Hall
The walled cluster of three Qing-dynasty guild halls (Yuwang Palace, Qi'an Hall and Guangdong Hall) that the Hubei-Hunan and Guangdong merchants built above the Dongshuimen riverbank from 1759: carved stages, courtyards and the city's largest surviving physical trace of the 'Huguang fills Sichuan' migration that repopulated it. A national heritage site since 2006, a 4A spot, and the district's one real old interior. Open 9:00-18:00 with ticket sales ending at 17:00; the city lists the price at ¥25 and the platforms at ¥32 — ask at the gate.

No ID rule for standard entry; concessions require proof. Nothing published for the gate beyond the ticket; concessions on valid documents under the city's 2023 rule for state-priced scenic spots (children, 65+ and the disabled free, 6-18s, students and 60-65 half price 凭有效证件); the hall's June 2026 children's notice lists passports among valid documents (via Bendibao)
Walk up, buy at the gate — the city cancelled bookings for A-level spots on 25 July 2024 and this is not one of the six exceptions. Platforms sell the same ticket and a ¥88 ticket-plus-show bundle (Bendibao).
Weekday mornings are yours; weekends 10:00-12:00 are the tour-group window (platform). The Sichuan-opera and 'Ba-Yu culture' shows on the old stage are ticketed separately — ask the times at the gate.
The district lists the WeChat official account 重庆湖广会馆 and two phones, 023-63930287 (weekdays) and 63914697 (weekends); all Chinese. Whether the museum halls have English captions is not confirmed.
