去中国要不要 VPN？现在哪些还能用？
用酒店 Wi-Fi、本地卡或长住才需要。在家装好两个，没有哪个保证能用。
看你的情况
- 如果只用手机，走旅行 eSIM 流量→ 那就蜂窝数据下常常不用 VPN，仍装一个备着连酒店 Wi-Fi。
- 如果要用酒店 Wi-Fi、电脑或工作软件→ 那就装两家不同服务商的 VPN，每台设备都在家装好、登录、测过。
- 如果用大陆本地卡，或住几个月→ 那就不开 VPN 被封的都用不了。入境前装好付费 VPN，把手动配置文件也存好。
- 如果已经在用 NordVPN 或快连→ 那就NordVPN 自家中国页面说应用被封；快连说不保证大陆服务，虽然 2026 年 9 月下旬起有旅客说又能用了。不管哪种都再带一个备用。
短途旅行用旅行 eSIM 的话，手机往往不用 VPN：很多旅行 eSIM 的流量从大陆以外出口，不受过滤（见我们的旅行 eSIM 条目）。需要 VPN 的场景是酒店、咖啡馆、机场 Wi-Fi，大陆本地卡，电脑，以及长住。VPN 要搭在已经能上网的连接上，替代不了流量套餐。电脑上的 VPN 不行时，用手机旅行 eSIM 开热点是旅客提得最多的退路。
相关规定没有专门提到游客。国务院《计算机信息网络国际联网管理暂行规定》（1996 年发布，2024 年 3 月修订）第六条：任何单位和个人不得自行建立或者使用其他信道进行国际联网；第十四条：由公安机关责令停止联网，给予警告，可以并处 15000 元以下罚款。工信部 2017 年 1 月通知：未经电信主管部门批准，不得自行建立或租用专线（含 VPN）等其他信道开展跨境经营活动；几天后工信部表示，外贸、跨国企业办公自用、向持证运营商租用的不受影响。苹果 2017 年 7 月从中国区 App Store 下架了没有政府许可的 VPN 应用。我们没找到官方说明这些规定怎么适用于游客，所以执法松紧这件事不下结论。
2026 年中国的 VPN 环境很差。4 月，长期受在华外国人欢迎的快连（LetsVPN）宣布因持续封锁终止大陆业务；5 月 8 日恢复全球运营，但写明无法保证大陆服务。不过 Reddit（r/chinalife、r/chinatravel，2026 年 9 月 20 日到 10 月 3 日）上有好几位旅客说快连又能用了，也有一位说不行；这是用户报告，不是保证。ABC 新闻（2026 年 6 月 4 日）报道 4 月起新一轮封锁。NordVPN 自家帮助页写着 iOS、安卓、macOS 应用在中国「完全被封」，改给手动 IKEv2 配置；Windows 页写的是连不上（这几页最后编辑于 2025 年 11 月到 2026 年 4 月）。NordVPN 年中把混淆服务器换成新协议 NordWhisper，但我们没找到它说中国问题已解决的页面。很多「中国最佳 VPN」榜单仍把 NordVPN 排第一，这些站大多按销售拿佣金，所以我们更看重服务商自己的帮助页和一手行程记录。
Astrill 说它的 StealthVPN 协议是为受限网络设计的。Unusual Nomad 团队 2026 年春夏几趟中国行里 Astrill 最稳，但他们 10 月 1 日写到 Astrill 正承认在中国有连接问题，建议用 UDP 模式的 StealthVPN。它很贵：月付 30 美元，两年付折合每月 12.50 美元（Astrill 价格页，2026 年 10 月 5 日读取），评测者说它没有常规退款保证。Reddit 上有好几位用户（包括用了两年的老用户）说 Astrill 在 2026 年 9 月 19 日到 23 日前后、以及 9 月 30 日到 10 月 3 日断线或很慢。常住的人说每到国庆（10 月 1 日）这类大节日和重要活动前后，多数 VPN 都会变差。
Surfshark 的中国支持页（2026 年 10 月 2 日编辑）建议应用连不上时改用手动 WireGuard 连接，配置文件要从 Surfshark 官网下载，所以出发前就下好。测试者说它时好时坏，要比 Astrill 多重连几次。Proton VPN 说在中国没有哪个 VPN 能保证 100% 可用，建议开 Stealth 协议和「替代路由」；Stealth 所有套餐都有，免费版也有。Gizmodo 一篇 2026 年 7 月修改的评测说 Proton「有时」能用，当备用。
我们在 ExpressVPN 官网没找到中国专页，它的通用排障页只说身处审查严重的国家就联系客服。2026 年的报告说法不一：Unusual Nomad 和 Trip.com（2026 年 5 月）说不稳定，带佣金的测评榜说能用。已经在付费的可以留着，再带一个备用。Mullvad 说防火长城封了它在亚洲的全部服务器，建议用美国服务器加混淆。
价格会变，上面的数字是 2026 年 10 月初各家官网的首期优惠价或月付价。可用性报告几周就会过时，每条都标了日期，出发前一周再看一遍服务商的中国页面。
